Hello Summer 50/50 Charity Partner Application Form

Hello Summer 2026 takes place on Saturday July 4 and Sunday July 5.

There is an opportunity for two organizations to host a 50/50, one on each date.

All applications must be completed in full. All applications will be entered into a random draw and successful applicants will be contacted directly.

Eligibility Confirmation

Applicants must confirm the following:

  • Our organization is a registered charity in good standing and based in the RMWB

  • We can provide volunteers for the full duration of the event

  • We will secure all required AGLC licensing and comply with regulations

  • We will provide volunteer numbers in advance for accreditation

  • We will manage independent promotion and winner announcement communications

  • We will provide secure, independent payment processing

  • We understand that if multiple organizations apply, a fair and transparent random draw will determine the selected charity
