Yes. Hello Summer is an all-ages festival.

Guests aged 2 and under do not require an event ticket and will have free admission accompanied by an adult

Hello Summer takes place at SMS Equipment Place in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

There is no longer floor vs. seated ticketing. All GA tickets provide full freedom across the festival grounds. Suites are available for guests wanting an elevated experience.

Early bird ticket holders get access to purchase one limited-edition Hello Summer tee per ticket. Shirts are pre-order only, pickup only, and will not be restocked after early bird ends.

All Hello Summer ticket purchases are final sale, no refunds or exchanges. The festival takes place rain or shine

There are two ways to raise funds as part of Hello Summer

1. Sign up to receive a custom promo code just for your group.
   
   Share it with your supporters, and for every ticket sold using your code, your club will earn $3 per ticket
   Up to $500 per club
   
   It's simple – promote, sell, and earn!
   

2. Volunteer & Earn – Team Honorarium
   Get hands-on at Hello Summer!
   Your team can support event operations (e.g. stadium clean up) and receive a team honorarium in recognition of your time and effort.
